The assessment of Customer Service Index (CSI) Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin will be held on 25-29th of November 2013. The assessed variables are Customer satisfaction, Airport Service User, including Business Partner, Passengers, Cargo and etc. This is aimed to reach prime service of all Angkasa Pura I Airports especially Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin.
