Commemorating The World Tree Day, Syamsudin Noor Airport Distributed Free Seed

Banjarbaru - The world tree day is commemorated annually on 21st of November. The management of Angkasa Pura Airports, branch office Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin took a part in commemorating this moment by distributing free seed to passangers arriving in the arrival area of Syamsudin Noor airport terminal. The program lead by Mr. Akhmad Munir, the General Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport was a very well responded by the passangers.
22 seeds and 200 leaflets were distributed. Despite this activity seems simple but hopefully it can give significant impact for the betterment of environment. The management hopes by giving the seed, the awareness in planting the tree can be increased, thus it will support the government program in keeping the environment green. Indirectly, this activity was also as a form of our contribution to diminish our worry about the damage of our environment that has gone global. “Happy World Tree Day”.
