Banjarbaru – Management of Syamsudin Noor Airport held gathering and expression of gratitide upon the airport performace achievement in 2013 with joint partners and business partners on Wednesday (15/10).

This program was held as a form of gratitude toward the company achievement along 2013. This achievement can not be realized without the hardwork and cooperation among the officers.

As the result of hardwork from all stakeholders, Syamsudin Noor Airport has successfully bagged the second place as the best airport for the category of B class.

For that accomplishment, management of Syamsudin Noor Airport appreciated the effort in giving the best service for customer. The assistance of General Manager in this case has a big influence in determining the performance of Syamsudin Noor Airport management.

The appreciations and awards have been given to each individual who supported in reaching the goal such as cleaning service managed by Angkasa Pura Supports. Their dedication in keeping the terminal building clean has a very big role in increasing the customer satisfaction index.

Management also gave the appreciation to the working partner, represented by Garuda Indonesia. Lion Air, and Mandai Prima as the representative of business partner.

Without neglecting any other involving parties, in this moment the management also showed their gratitude to the poor societies living near the airport by distributing the primary needs and fresh money.
