Banjarbaru – In the light of introducing Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2008, located in Periskapura Building, Thursday (12/9) & Friday (13/9) Syamsudin Noor Angkasa Pura Airports, Banjarmasin held Socialization & Workshop Documentation of Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2008 in collaboration with Sprint Consultant.
General Manager of Angkasa Pura Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin, Akhmad Munir, opened the event lasting for two days. Within his welcoming speech, he stated that this event was helpful to improve performance of staffs as well as achievement of Syamsudin Noor Airport generally. ISO has an important role in the company, one of which is to assist people to have a well-measured work. He also expected all participants to concentrate in receiving the materials.
Followed by 57 either organic staffs or outsourcing and officers from each division the event was filled by presentations from Nikson Pardamean S. & Winarjaka. The liveliness in the room indicated by numbers of questions & answers showed that the participants were full of enthusiasm.
In the second day, the activity was involving a practice to create Procedure and Instruction, which were divided into 5 divisions & then presented in front of all participants. It is aimed to become a learning process to all. In the closing, Head of Quality Management Department, Citra Kastelinobanu expressed his excitement by concluding that the participants here were the most enthusiastic among any other places she has visited (Gina Rizky / Translator : Yeni Mujiatin).
