Upgrading Partnership In Information Dispersal, Syamsudin Noor Airport Visits Banjarmasin Radar Media

Banjarbaru -  The Syamsudin Noor Airport paid a visit to one of the media managed by Jawa Post which is the Radar Banjarmasin, in Banjarbaru on Thursday, 6 October 2016. Led by the Human Capital & General Affair Director of PT. Angkasa Pura I, Adi Nugroho, also the General Manager, Handy Heryudhitiawan, Chief of the Syamsudin Noor Airport Development Project, Taochid Purnomo, Shared Services Department Head, Nurul Huda, and the Communication & Legal Section Head, Frandi Nugroho. The management was warmly welcomed by the Director of Radar Banjarmasin, H. Suriansyah Achmad.

The program of media visit is one of the public relations program of Syamsudin Noor Airport which aims to socialize the airport’s progress as well as their future planned programs where for now, what’s discussed is the program of service upgrade to the progress of new airport expansion process which now enters its final stages of land acquisition before the announcement of bid winners on early November 2016. In the friendly discussion Adi Nugroho mentioned “We sincerely thank you for the welcome by Radar Banjarmasin Management. Hopefully the collaboration of information broadcast that has been going so well can always be considerate and able to push the expedition of new airport expansion progress.”

In response, the Director of Radar Banjarmasin, H. Suriansyah Achmad stated “We own 207 newspapers disbursed in 17 coordinated zones. The Head Office is in Balikpapan. All this time the news of Syamsudin Noor Airport has been one of the significance which we support in expediting their new airport expansion progress.”

Moreover, the General Manager, Handy Heryudhitiawan described “The remaining land that is yet to agree to acquisition is only 10 hectares. We have met with the Head of DPRD (Regional Representative of the People), Mayor of Banjarbaru, and other related institutions to discuss alternate resolution so the people who claim in disagreement to the land acquisition due to inadequate pricing to purchase new land can be tackled by procuring land with more affordable price by the Regional Government. However this is still in the realm of discussion.”

The Human Capital & General Affair Director, Adi Nugroho also emphasizes that the commitment of Syamsudin Noor Airport to date has surpasses the aspired in hopes of manifesting a new airport starting from administrative completion to the regular coordination that takes place with the Government and related institutions.

“We follow the entire process according to procedure. We only wish that the new airport construction to be free from obstructions. Our challenge is not only to erect a luxurious new airport, but manifesting an airport construction that ensues development to other sectors, particularly surrounding the airport area,” he elaborated.

At the final session of the visit, the Syamsudin Noor Airport Management presented a plaque souvenir as token of appreciation to the Radar Banjarmasin Radar. Not forgetting the Syamsudin Noor Airport Management mentioned their aspiration so that moving forward there can be a dedicated column in Radar Banjarmasin that provides updated information of the Syamsudin Noor Airport.

“We have formed a partnership in information broadcast relating to flight schedule in Radar Banjarmasin. Hopefully in the future there can be a dedicated column say, the Airport Corner, so the people can be well informed on Syamsudin Noor Airport’s newest programs,” wished the General Manager, Handy Heryudhitiawan.
