Banjarbaru-Tuesday (25/2) the integrated team from some instances held area sterilization’s activity in the area of Syamsudin Noor Airport. This integrated team consists of South Kalimantan police, Civil Service Police Unit Banjarbaru, Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Department of South Kalimantan Provincial Government, Banjarmasin police, Army and Air Force, and PT Angkasa Pura 1. This activity was aimed to uphold the regional regulation no. 5, 2001, article 30 upon the prohibition of placing or selling on the side of Angkasa Raya road around Syamsudin Noor airport area.
The target of this operation is the hawkers, car or taxi that hung carelessly, motorcycle taxi driver and others. The transportation and Communication Department of South Kalimantan provincial government has followed the Decree of team building traffic flow Governor at Jalan Angkasa.
Head of Operations Control (Dalop) traffic and transport sector (LLAJ) of Transportation and Communication Department said that their team has conducted the socialization to several street vendors and other operating targets, starting from leaflet installation to banners on the side of the road.
This operation was just the beginning and will be conducted regularly. This first stage is still in the phase of Advising. The next action refers to a priority scale such as if there is shuttles or other vehicles that still break the rule.
