kembali ke listBanjarbaru - Monday, 26 September 2016, at least 50 residents of Tegal Arum area Kelurahan Syamsudin Noor and Kelurahan Guntung Payung, Kota Banjarbaru whose land is underwent land acquisition for the development of Syamsudin Noor Airport delivered their aspirations.
The group of residents was accompanied by officiels of Indonesian Air Force, Indonesian Army, Indonesian Police, and of course AVSEC (Aviation Security) of Syamsudin Noor Airport, through Jl. Manggis towards KM 25, the intersection of four entry gates of Syamsudin Noor Airport, precisely on the football field.
In their speech, residents said a few problems related to the data and the price of land, which were according to them be adjusted. However residents claimed to fully support of airport development which will have a positive impact on the advancement of South Kalimantan.
In response, General Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport in a Press Conference which was held after a demonstration of residents finished in the presence of a number of media crews of Banjarbaru in Parahyangan Restaurant explained “We appreciate their aspirations. Nevertheless, legally the process that we have implemented complies with the decision of Banjarbaru District Court.” he explained.
Related to residents’ demand about the increase in land prices, he added, “In principle, the authority to set the price, classification of land, buildings and crops belonging to the authority of P2T (Land Acquisition Committee) Kota Banjarbaru. Meanwhile, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) only acts as the payer of the land which has been declared clear and clean by the P2T team of Banjarbaru Government. In every land acquisition process, we also accompanied by TP4D (Supervision and Securing Team to the Government and Development of South Kalimantan Province) and representatives of BPKP South Kalimantan Province in order the airport construction project is running smoothly.” he said.
Via Press Conference, General Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport, accompanied by Shared Services Department Head, Nurul Huda and Communication & Legal, Frandi Nugroho hope that residents immediately took the compensation at Banjarbaru District Court in order the construction of new airport envisioned by South Kalimantan community may be soon realized.
Related data of land, Frandi Nugroho also added “PT Angksa Pura I (Persero) does not have the authority to make adjustments to the data. In November 2015 P2T Team Banjarbaru (through sub-district heads, village heads, and their staffs) is already doing re-inventory of data on land which later included in the additional consignment in December 2015.” he said.
“Development of Syamsudin Noor Airport will have a greatly positive effect to the development of South Kalimantan, especially communities surrounding Syamsudin Noor Airport. As this time we can see in Makassar and Lombok. Our first priority for recruitment of HR support airport operations later of course residents around the airport.” said Handy Heryudhitiawan while closing press conference related to the demonstration of residents which underwent land acquisition this afternoon.
